Items needed:

  1. 16 ounce PYREX Glass measuring cup or Tea Pot.
  2. 2 ounces of a good strong grain Vodka (80-100%) OR 2 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar
  3. Spray bottle (traditional pump plant sprayer bottle works best)
  4. Small funnel
To Prepare:

* The simplest way to preserve the herbal solution without refrigeration and re-heating the solution weekly is to follow this recipe.*

Start with the Pyrex glass measuring cup or tea pot. Put your one month supply (1 PEPPERIE Tea Bag) in. Choose your natural preservative option: Pour the 2 ounces of vodka OR if you prefer use 2 ounces of Apple Cider Vinegar over the tea bag, completely covering the dried herbs in the tea bag. YES, the pure Vodka will siphon and extract the active constituents from the Herbs! Let that sit and soak while you boil 14 Ounces of water to pour over the tea bag/vodka solution. Let the tea bag/vodka/water mixture steep at least 3 Hours. (Overnight is even better to make a stronger solution) Tightly squeeze the tea bag to extract every last drop. After you have done this and the solution is cool, pour from the measuring cup into the spray bottle using the funnel.

NOTE* If you do not choose to use Vodka read below.

Pepperie is a natural spice extract. Since a 14 ounce bottle is a one month supply, it is recommended that if you choose to brew the solution without the addition of Vodka, it should be kept refrigerated to avoid spoilage. There are no preservatives if pure vodka is not added to the solution, and the tea solution will develop mold if not refrigerated.  We also recommend a weekly "re-boiling" of the Pepperie solution by heating in a microwave for 1-2 minutes. Let the potion cool and return to your spray bottle and always keep refrigerated.

To Use:

Simply spray your prepared PEPPERIE solution directly onto your scalp. Preferably when your hair is clean and wet. Massage lightly over entire scalp. No need to rinse. Hair can dry naturally or blow dry. From there feel free to use all of your normal hair styling products.
